We aim to get your prints safely and swiftly into your hands — whether you’re around the corner or across the world.

🇬🇧 UK Orders

• Most sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48
• Orders under £20 may go 1st Class (untracked)
• Add 1–2 days for Northern Ireland

📦 Dispatch Times

Orders ship within 5–7 business days. Busy periods (e.g. drops, holidays) may take longer.

Estimated Delivery (from dispatch):

• UK: 2–5 working days
• Europe: 7–15 working days
• Rest of World: 3–8 weeks

🌍 International Orders

Tracked worldwide shipping. Customs fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

EU Customers

As we’re based in Northern Ireland, most deliveries go smoothly. Local VAT still applies.

📮 Packaging

• Large prints: rolled in sturdy tubes
• Smaller items: flat-packed
• If damaged, email photos to hello@strangford.co

❌ Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived:

• UK: wait 21 days past expected delivery
• International: contact after 60 days
• We’ll refund or replace if appropriate.
