We want you to be completely happy with your prints. If there’s any issue, please let us know right away.

2. Eligibility

Refunds and returns are only available for purchases made directly through our website.

3. Change of Mind

Changed your mind? No problem — just package carefully and return the items, and we’ll refund the full original cost (including the postage). You’ll cover the return cost, and we’ll refund the item cost plus original shipping.

4. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive a wrong or damaged item:

• Do not accept the package, or
• Photograph the damage and send it back, or
• Contact us immediately for next steps.
• We’ll cover the return postage in these cases.

6. How & When Refunds Are Issued

Once we receive and inspect the return — typically within 7 business days — we’ll process your refund using the original payment method. You’ll receive both item cost and any paid original shipping, where applicable.
